Microsoft 365 setup

Apply branded signatures consistently across Outlook web, desktop, and mobile. Configured once, deployed to your whole tenant.

   Connect your Microsoft 365 tenant

   From Deploy → Connect Provider, choose Microsoft 365 and sign in as a Global or Exchange Administrator. EmailSignature.io is granted limited permissions via OAuth.

   Approve permissions

   We request User.Read.All (directory info) and the Exchange transport-rule scopes required to apply signatures server-side. You can review and revoke at any time in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

   Pick your deployment scope

   Apply to the entire tenant, specific users, or distribution groups (departments). The signature renders on every device because it's applied at the transport layer.

4. 04

   Deploy

   The first deployment may take a few minutes for Exchange to propagate. You'll see status, affected user count, and any errors in your dashboard.
